Esme and Elodie accepts unworn clothing and products in brand new conditions within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date of delivery. All returns are issued store credit only. Online orders can initiate the return process by emailing esmeandelodie@gmail.com for more information on the shipment of returned goods. In-store purchases can be returned without a receipt if your purchase was put into our system using your name and phone number or email address.

Lingerie, swimsuits, hats, headbands, pillowcases and beauty items are non-returnable. We have the right to refuse any return for any reason.
