Have all of your guests join us for a private in store shopping event here at Esme & Elodie! The event will be after regular store hours so you and your guests will have the entire store to yourselves so you can drink, chat, hang out, and shop. There will be someone available from Esme & Elodie to set up, help you and your guests pick out the perfect styles and clean up after the event.

Have guests that can't shop in person? Your party will also include an online promo code so that those guests can still shop with you and earn rewards for the hostess and earn free shipping on their order. Let's get started! 

Step 1: Choose a Theme!

Fundraiser: Host a fundraiser for a special cause or charity and donate your hostess rewards to them. We will write a check to the organization/fundraiser in your honor.

Birthday Party: Throw your friend a birthday party. Go shopping and help her earn some rewards so she can treat herself on her birthday! 

Bridal Party: What bride doesn't need new clothing? From engagement photos to rehearsal dinners- celebrate the bride to be with a party! Let her do some shopping with her bridal party and closest female guests! She can use the hostess rewards to pick out an outfit for all of her upcoming bridal celebrations! 

Group Bonding: Does your mom group, yoga class, or book club need a new kind of bonding activity? Come hang out, shop together, and donate your hostess rewards to your favorite charity or non-profit organization! 

Co-Workers Bonding: Get all of your co-workers together for a shopping party and donate hostess rewards to a charity or school of your choice. 

Ladies Night Out: You don't need a reason to throw a party! Just grab your closest friends and get together to catch up! Drink, chat, and do a little shopping! 

Step 2: Create a guest list.

Create a guest list and make sure you have at least five friends that will be attending and of course, the more the merrier. For parties over 15 please let us know so we can adequately staff your event. 

Step 3: Choose a date and time. 

Checkout online- Pick a date that works for you and your group. Parties will be after regular store hours. Please contact Emily at info@esmeandelodie.com to book your party.

Step 4: Invite your guests!

Once you’ve picked your date and time, invite your friends! Esme & Elodie  will create a special graphic invite for you to help promote your event. Please be sure to follow up with your guests to finalize the number of attendees 3-4 days before the event. 

Step 5: Attend the party!

The day of your party, Esme & Elodie  will set up a table with a non-alcoholic drink and a sweet treat for your event. You are welcome to bring any additional food, drinks and/or decor. Just please let Esme & Elodie know in advance so we can plan the space for it.

All of your guests will receive 10% off their order at the party. If you have guests that can't shop in person we will provide you with an online 10% off code so that those guests can still shop with you! Someone from Esme & Elodie  will be available throughout your party to assist with any questions your guests have and help them find the perfect styles. 

Step 6: Have fun & earn hostess rewards!

Every item that your friends purchase at your party increases the amount of rewards you earn for yourself or to put towards a charity or fundraiser! If a hostess is redeeming store credit for herself, we do suggest the hostess wait until the end of the party to purchase her items, so that she can then apply her rewards directly to her purchase that day! Rewards can be redeemed the day of the party or put onto a gift card to be used at a later point in time.
